DIGITAL COURSE PURCHASE TERMS & REFUND POLICY

By purchasing the Dual System Online Course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

### 1. Digital Product and Immediate Access

This purchase is for a digital educational course. Access instructions are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Because access to the course content is provided immediately, the purchase becomes final once access has been issued.

2. Final Sale and No-Refund Policy

All payments for the Dual System Online Course are final and non-refundable once course access has been granted.

Refunds will not be provided because the student:

* Changed their mind after purchasing.
* Did not have enough time to complete the course.
* Did not use or fully access the course.
* Did not achieve the results they expected.
* Purchased the course by mistake.
* Failed to review the course description before purchasing.
* No longer wishes to participate.

Failure to watch or complete the course does not create eligibility for a refund.

3. Limited Exceptions

A refund may only be considered when:

* The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase.
* Course access was never delivered because of an error caused by Joicy Nails Academy and the problem could not be corrected.
* A refund is required by applicable law.

Technical problems involving the customer’s internet connection, device, browser, email provider, forgotten password, or failure to follow access instructions are not grounds for a refund. Reasonable technical assistance will be provided when requested.

4. Course Access

The purchase includes access to the course for 30 days beginning on the date access is delivered.

The student is responsible for completing the lessons within the access period. Unused access time cannot be exchanged, transferred, extended, or refunded unless Joicy Nails Academy agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Educational Purpose and Results

This course is provided for educational purposes only.

Joicy Nails Academy does not guarantee:

* Professional licensing or certification.
* Employment or business opportunities.
* A specific level of income.
* A specific number of clients.
* Identical results for every student.

Results depend on the student’s practice, experience, effort, equipment, products, compliance with local licensing requirements, and application of the techniques taught.

6. Personal and Nontransferable Access

Course access is granted only to the registered purchaser.

The purchaser may not:

* Share login information.
* Record, download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course videos.
* Resell or transfer course access.
* Upload course materials to social media, websites, groups, or file-sharing platforms.
* Use the materials to create or sell another course.

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may constitute copyright infringement.

7. Course Content

The student confirms that they reviewed the sales page and understand the course includes instruction covering Dual System applications such as:

* Color Express.
* Baby Boomer.
* Perfect French.
* Encapsulated Designs.
* Nail Art and Decorations.

Unless expressly stated on the checkout page, physical products, nail supplies, tools, equipment, professional licenses, and personalized private instruction are not included.

8. Customer Responsibility

The student is responsible for having:

* A compatible device.
* A reliable internet connection.
* A valid email address.
* Appropriate nail products and tools.
* The ability to safely practice the techniques demonstrated.

The student is responsible for following all applicable health, sanitation, licensing, and professional requirements in their location.

9. Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute, the customer is encouraged to contact Joicy Nails Academy at [SUPPORT EMAIL] so that any access, billing, or technical concern can be reviewed.

Joicy Nails Academy reserves the right to provide the payment processor with records showing the customer’s acceptance of these terms, delivery of course access, login activity, course usage, communications, and other relevant transaction information.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Acceptance

By completing the purchase and selecting the required agreement checkbox, the customer confirms that they:

* Have reviewed the course description.
* Understand that this is a digital product.
* Understand the course access period.
* Agree to the intellectual-property restrictions.
* Accept the final-sale and no-refund policy.
* Voluntarily authorize the payment shown at checkout.
